Virgin Coconut Oil can improve:

Virgin Coconut Oil can improve:
impaired digestion (a top cause of chronic conditions). Easily absorbed by your body, Coconut oil takes some of the strain off of your digestive system and aids in the absorption of essential vitamins and minerals.
a compromised immune system and/or sub-acute infections (both are top causes of chronic conditions).
energy levels necessary for your body's natural self-repair.
In addition, Coconut Oil may help:*
Promote healthy cholesterol levels.
Support a healthy intestinal tract.
Support healthy immune function.
Control blood sugar levels.
Support healthy metabolic function.
Improve digestion.
Improve absorption of nutrients.
Provide an immediate source of fuel for the body.
Resist spoilage for a longer shelf life.
The Difference:
Unlike other coconut oils, Wilderness Family Natural's Coconut Oil:

Comes from two types of organically grown and processed coconuts.
Traditional —also known as fermented— uses the traditional Philippine process of opening, grating, and hand extracting fresh Philippine coconuts. Very low moisture content (0.1%) keeps it from producing fermentation acids or a fermented taste. Temperatures do not exceed 103°F—room temperature in the Philippines.
Centrifuge comes from fresh coconuts that are shelled within 48 hours of picking. The flesh is then chopped and placed in the expeller. The temperature does not exceed 78.8°F during processing.
Meets premium requirements for coconut oil.
Comes from traditional palms using fresh—not dried—coconuts.
Processed using a low level heat to keep nutrients and enzymes intact.
Certified organically grown and processed.
Is easily incorporated into your lifestyle.
Easily metabolizes in the body, unlike polyunsaturated and partially hydrogenated fats, to help with weight management.
Use Coconut Oil in place of other oils, margarine, and butter in cooking and baking.
One tablespoon a day helps satisfy sugar and hunger cravings—it's much more economical than the 16 softgel capsules needed to equal one tablespoon of oil.
Mix into smoothies, juices, and salad dressings.
Use as a skin lotion or massage oil.
Coconut Oil contains:
No added chemicals
No bleach
No hydrogenated or trans fats
No genetically modified organisms (GMO)
No artificial colors
No casein
No gluten
No pesticides
No preservatives

Background Information:
Coconut oil, made of medium chain triglycerides (MCT), does not require extra enzymes for digestion and absorption and, as such, can be immediately converted by the body into energy.

For those with chronic conditions or those who have trouble digesting fats, this is great news! Coconut oil not only gives your body the energy it needs to fight chronic conditions, it helps your body get the nutrients it needs while aiding your digestive system.

And because coconut oil is easier to metabolize, it may play a role in weight loss. Farmers in the 1940s used coconut oil to attempt to fatten their herds. Instead, the animals became lean, active, and hungry!

Coconut Oil is good for you, has a long shelf life, is not hydrogenated, and contains no trans fats. Plus, its resistance to heat makes it the healthiest oil available for cooking—and it'll help you feel better.

Both processes—fermented and centrifuge—yield pure, extra virgin, cold pressed coconut oils with low moisture content. And both oils are clear as a liquid, and pure white as a solid.

Add healthy fat back into your diet and help speed metabolism

The Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) in coconut oil are so easily digested they are used for hospital patients who have to be fed intravenously.

The high lauric acid content of coconut oil may be converted into compounds with antiviral, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties.

The MCTs in coconut oil are easily transported to and metabolized by your cells' energy producing organelles, the mitochondria, increasing your metabolism and providing your body with increased energy to fight chronic conditions.

Pros: The health benefits are phenomenal
Cons: No fault of yours, still not a product our grocery stores will carry!

"As a recent graduate of Naturopathic and Holistic Medicine, I have done a lot of research on this stuff!
There are so many health benefits to this stuff, not just from internal consumption, but from topical application as well. Being of partial Asian descent on my mothers side, I have been using Coconut oil on my skin and in my hair since I was very young. Coconut milk, flakes and creams as well as fresh coconut have always been a staple of my diet. However the coconut milks we buy in stores are NOT the same nutrionally and contain many other ingredients that are not healthy. I love this stuff, because i can make my own creams and milks with it, as well as use it as a replacement oil.
I recently convinced my very Western father, who also happens to be a Medical Doctor to give it a try for his low energy levels.
Not only has his energy increased, but his once thinning hair is thickening, and he rarely is troubled now by his arthritis.
:)"

Pros: delicate aroma-smooth taste

"I first started taking the coconut oil for my health and to take off a few pounds. Most sites tell you to take it before meals to lose weight. If I anaged to swallow it my stomach would be sick WELL not my idea of how to lose weight or get healthy. Fortunately I found your site and
decided to give it another try. Here’s what I do. I eat it on my Ezekiel bread and it taste so good. It has a delicate smooth taste and a light fragrance of coconut.
Best of all it does not make me sick. I have only had it for two days and I noticed I am not even hungry after eating just one slice of Ezekiel bread spread with your coconut oil. It was an expensive search to find a coconut oil that follows through on it’s promises. Thank you Jigsaw. I plan
to be a long time customer."

Pros: wonderful product, great tasting, soft so easy to use
Cons: the 128 oz container is the best value but the container is hard to open

"I have tried several different coconut oils and this is one of the best. It is mild tasting, soft so easy to use and great in value."
